what is Hospital Cash Benefit

Hospital cash benefit is a very benefitial plan introduced by Royal Sundram , in which company covers the expenses that may come up during Hospitilization , for instance, Special Diet Expenses,conveyance expenses,etc.In this Policy,if the PolicyHolder hospitilized for more than 24 hours ,then Some cash is directly provided to PolicyHolder instead of Hospital. If PolicyHolder Hospitilized due to illness,accident,I.C.U, then he/she will get Rs.1000 per day upto 180 days , Rs.2000 per day upto 180 days and Rs.3000 per day upto 21 days, Respectively. If hospitilization continues for more than 21 days then the company also provides Convalsense benefit of Rs.15,000 as a Recovery benefit.In this Policy, a PolicyHolder also get accidental/permanent disability coverage of Rs. 5 LAKHS and this cover is valid WORLDWIDE. Tax benefits under sec tion 80(d)...........................................and for all these benefits....................the annual premium for this Policy is RS.2,999 for the person age between 1 to 45 years and Rs.3,999 for the age between 45 to 60 years.A Policyholder will continue it's renewal upto the age of 75 years.
